final once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in this policy.

The following items are non-refundable once accessed, delivered, or activated:

Once login credentials, access links, or downloadable materials have been issued, no refunds
will be provided, regardless of usage, completion, or personal outcomes.

Subscriptions & Payment Plans (Education Only)

Where educational products are offered on a subscription or instalment basis:
● You may cancel future payments before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
● No refunds are issued for payments already made or partially used billing periods.
● Access will remain available until the end of the paid period.

Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of FPT100 Trading Academy in limited
circumstances, including:
● Duplicate payments made in error
● Technical issues on our platform that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a
reasonable timeframe
● Incorrect charges caused by system or payment processor errors
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business
days, subject to payment provider timelines.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact FPT100 Trading Academy directly before initiating any
chargeback or payment dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
● Immediate suspension or termination of access to educational materials
● Permanent restriction from future FPT100 Trading Academy programs
● Recovery or legal action where appropriate

No Guarantee of Results

FPT100 Trading Academy provides education only.
We do not guarantee profits, income, or trading outcomes. Refunds will not be issued
based on:
● Personal performance or results
● Market conditions
● Failure to apply taught strategies correctly
● Misunderstanding of educational material
All financial market activity involves risk, and responsibility remains solely with the learner.
