Failing is a normal part of the evaluation process. Most professional traders require multiple attempts before passing consistently. Your options are:
- Retry using remaining package attempts — if you have attempts remaining in your current package, wait for the 14-day expiry and submit a new account for validation.
- Purchase additional attempts — buy extra attempts at your package’s per-attempt rate.
- Upgrade your package — move to a higher package tier for more included attempts and a longer evaluation window.
- Enrol in FPT100 Trading Academy — if you have accumulated 3 or more failed Phase 1 attempts on a free-access offer, Academy enrolment is required before retrying.
Use your failure data. Review your Metrix statistics to understand exactly where your trading went wrong — whether it was risk management, holding trades too long, or overtrading. Each failure contains the information you need to pass the next attempt.
