My FTMO account was deleted. What happened and what do I do?

FTMO automatically deletes trial accounts that are inactive for 48 hours after creation. If you created an account but did not place any trades within 48 hours, the account will have been deleted automatically.

If this happens:

• This counts as a used attempt under your package.
• You must wait the full 14 days from the original account creation date before creating a new trial.
• After the 14-day wait, you can submit a new account for validation.

Avoid this entirely by only creating your FTMO trial account when you are ready to begin trading immediately. Do not create the account as a placeholder.
