Are package prices fixed or do they change?

Prices are subject to change based on exchange rate fluctuations. The underlying USD-equivalent pricing is the reference rate.

Once you have purchased a package, the terms of that package — number of attempts and duration — are fixed for the life of that purchase. Price changes apply only to new purchases.
