What exactly is the daily loss limit and how is it calculated?

The daily loss limit is the maximum total loss — floating (open) plus closed positions combined — that you may incur in a single trading day.

The limit applies to your entire account across all instruments simultaneously. It is not per trade or per instrument.

Example (Normal Mode): If you have an open position floating at -$40 and you have already closed trades at -$30 today, your combined daily loss is -$70. You are within the $75 limit but have only $5 of headroom remaining. Opening any further position at this point is extremely high risk.

Exceeding the daily loss limit — whether through floating or closed positions — results in an immediately failed attempt with no exceptions. This rule has zero tolerance.
