Failure in any phase means you must restart from Phase 1 — with one important exception.
Phase 3 Exception: If your Phase 3 account ends positive (above $0) but below $500, you may retry Phase 3 directly — up to 2 additional attempts — provided there are no rule violations. If you fail all three Phase 3 attempts, you restart from Phase 1.
After a failure, you must wait for the full 14-day period to expire before creating a new trial account. Submit your new screenshot, read-only password, risk approach, and Metrix link to management to restart.
Do not create a new trial account before the 14-day expiry. Non-compliance with the restart process will delay your revalidation.
